Walk around the accommodation

The kitchen includes two hotplates, a fridge, a microwave and basic cooking utensils, cutlery, knives, cups, glasses, plates, etc.

The bathroom has a sink, shower, toilet bowland shelf. Fresh towels and liquid soap are always avalible in the bathroom. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt, etc. are also usually available.

Bed sheets are also included in the room rate.

Heating is provided by a pellet stove and electric radiators in each room. Air conditioning is available in summer.

There is contactless entry and exit.

In front of the unit there is a large jacuzzi for 5 people, an infrared red sauna, a garden set of tables and chairs and two lounges. All on a pleasant artificial grass area, which gives the feeling of real soft lawn. The view overlooks the city, the large green meadows and the nearby river Temenice.

The outside part can only be used by Roof Apartment guests and is not shared with anyone. Even otherwise, there are no other residents in the immediate vicinity.

Guests can charge their electric vehicles free of charge at the type2 22kW charging station in front of the apartment.

The pricing is designed in such a way that the unit can be used only for rest or overnight stays, or as a full-form pampering with jacuzzi and sauna.
