Villa Four Stars ART-PE is a villa that offers comfort for up to 9 people. It is located in the Slovenian countryside, between Novo mesto and Ljubljana, just a few minutes from the motorway. Ljubljana is a 30-minute drive away, while Zagreb is a 50-minute drive away. It is situated on a 8000m2 large property in a quiet, green enviroment. Right next to the villa is the RelaxZone, an area where there is a heated and, if necessary, covered swimming pool, a hot tub and an outdoor infrared sauna. There are also sun loungers, children´s playgrounds and a large summer kitchen with wood, charcoal and gas barbecue and wood-burning stove
For maximum pampering, enjoyment and relaxation of body and mind, there is also a wellness area inside the building. For relaxation in the wellness area, there is a Finnish and Turkish sauna, rest rooms, a large jacuzzi for two people, a shower and toilet, bed and a TV.
Upon entering the accommodation, there is a convenient lobby for storing clothes and shoes, and immediately afterwards you will find yourself in the spacious central area, where there is a living room with access to a large sunny balcony, which offers you a wonderful view of the beautiful landscape. It is equipped with a large smart TV with led Lighting and a sofa that converts into a comfortable bed for two if needed. In the same room there is a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and kitchen appliances. There is a toaster, coffee machine, kettle, oven, dishwasher, industion hob, ice maker, fridge and freezer. Coffee, sugar, salt, vinegar, etc. are also always in stock.
By the stairs leading to the upper floor there is a seperate toilet and a spacious bathroom with another toilet, a large jacuzzi bath, walk-in shower, and a bathroom block. The bathroom also includes a hairdryer and a personal weighing scale.
Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, two of which are equipped with water beds and the third with top quality hotel mattresses. All bedrooms have access to a 50m2 terrace with loungers and artificial grass.
The accommodation is fully equipped with high-quality bed sheets, bathrobes, slippers, and towels, which are replaced for longer stays.
You will also find an ironing board, a robotic vacuum cleaner, a computer and other amenities for a comfortable stay.
The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and appliances (toaster, coffee machine, hob, oven, dishwasher, industion hob, ice maker, freezer, fridge,...).
There are three bedrooms, two with waterbeds and one with hotel-quality mattresses. The bedrooms have access to a 45m2 large terrace.
The living room has a flat-screen TV, a seating area and a dining table.
The bathroom is modernly equipped witha spa bath, shower and toilet.

Avoid the crowds and explore Dolenjska at your own pace. Visit several places in one day on an electric bike, and when you get tired or encounter a challenging hill, simply switch to electric mode.
In addition to the bike, you can also rent a helmet.
